These folks come ea yr to our lawn and garden show and I usually buy something. They have all kinds of neat things.

I've seen silverware jewelry but what do you do with the rest of the spoon? That question has been answered.

I always thought the silver ware jewelry is made from SILVERware. The soldered (or welded?) things are STAINLESSware. I use the terms interchangeably but really silverware nowadays doesn't have any silver in it that I know of.

I use it generically too, but I suppose the right word might be flatware to include it all???

I bought a pinky ring from an Etsy vendor a few years back made of flatware but it was silver. It cost a little more but I've enjoyed silver rings for ease of cleaning and it fills the void for ring fingers. Gardeners without gloves ruin gold rings. I only wear one ring these days, not a wedding ring but a nice gift and I hate ruining it in the dirt so I purchased a silver "work ring". It fills the void when I get ready for work, makes the finger happy and silver's not worth much more than dirt these days. YMMV

I do like the butterflies, I've got one small container I think it would benefit. Nifty idea/project.

Heavy duty clear plastic spoons. Hot melt glue. And you could paint the undersides.

I may have to get my son-in-law to teach me to weld. Or maybe he'd be up for a "project" day with me, LOL.
Great idea, gets my little brain going though, lots of interesting things you could make with spoons, maybe something that moves.
How about a butterfly thing that moves!
