Happy Anniversary Green Grin!

Did you know that many of the break patterns for shells (the fireworks before they explode in the air) are named after flowers? Dahlia, Chrysanthemum, and Peony are standard, and they also can come with 'Pistils' added to the center. Also trees--Palm and Willow patterns are common, and there is even one called 'Falling Leaves'.
There is also a break pattern called 'Bees' Smiling
it doesn't look much like this shot of double bumbles on allium, but this is what I had exploding tonight for our anniversary celebration Hurray!

First I wanted to say thanks to everyone who makes ATP such a great website. And a special thanks to Dave and Trish for their podcast. I tip my hat to you. What I love about ATP is how it has such a long bloom time. I can get on the iris forum and see them blooming in January and watch them bloom all Summer long.
Happy anniversary ATP

I just wanted to add my thanks and congratulations to Dave, Trish, the moderators and contributors, etc. who have made this such a family-like, fun and loving website to visit regularly. Thank You! Not only do we get helpful advice about growing our plants, we get generous enablers and enticers who offer cuttings, divisions, etc. to get others, such as myself, to expand our gardening horizons. nodding This is the best gardening forum to be a part of. Keep up the good work everyone and Happy Anniversary ATP. Hurray! Hurray!
