Before ATP a rainy day would mean I'd have to clean the house; no gardening to do out in the wet.
With ATP I can handle my virtual gardening chores, ask/answer questions, update lists, add to the ATP database, look at beautiful photos and give
and/or
.
Since I live as a family of one plus two dogs, ATP steps in and gives me plenty of sisters and brothers to chat with.
@RickCorey is a good person to chat with; has a wealth of information about a ton of subjects.
From
@mellielong in Florida I am learning to be more patient, watching the butterfly life cycle.
Last year at this time
@Gleni cheered me on all the way from Australia so I could incubate lizard eggs!
Can't forget to mention
@Sharon for all the kind, encouraging words. I would never have written an article for ATP if it weren't for Sharon and her Aunt Bett stories.
My favorite part of ATP is the pet chat thread (starring
@NewYorkRita ) because lots of gardeners have pets that help us in the garden.
Even if my time is short or I have errands to run, a quick stop in the Sandbox to check on the pets helps to start the day right.
Don't worry, I'm not gonna list each and every person; those were just some highlights.
Ooops, I forgot one! If I feel like being silly I know that
@flaflwrgrl will go
no matter what I post.
Has ATP enhanced my enjoyment of gardening? Yes. It has also enhanced my life!
