Shady Rest Garden 2015 Summer Daylily Sale For Fall Shipping

In our continued efforts to downsize our Shady Rest Gardens, an AHS Display Garden in NW GA, we are once again offering over 200 daylilies to the members of All Things Plants. We are a state licensed garden with a spray program. We fertilize and water regularly from our well. Our garden was one of eight tour gardens at this year's National Convention. All daylilies are a minimum of two blooming size fans unless otherwise stated. Pictures may be found on our website www.daylilyfans.com/bishop, All Things Plants, or the AHS website. Shipping will begin the last week of August and continue into early October. We ship to all states in the continental U.S. except California. We do not ship outside the U.S. Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) is $10 for the first daylily and $1 for each additional one. We accept checks and money orders made payable to SHADY REST GARDENS and PayPal. Please pay within two weeks of placing your order. Some are very limited, whereas others have multiple double fans. This list will be updated daily. You may list your choices on this thread or send me a T-mail. I will reserve the daylilies on a first come first serve basis. Many will sell out quickly. Same as Teresa, one I wanted was already gone! But great deals!

He probably already has the script, and he just needs to run it.

I looked them all up in the database because I wanted only those that are evergreen.

I am sorry that so many are already sold out. They are going quickly. I am glad that the ones you bought in the spring are doing well. We will continue to downsize next spring and fall, too.

Hi Doris,
I am fairly new to daylilles...are they zone specific? I have a few in my yard already (Home Depot specials), does that mean they will all grow for me? Also, do you have any that are fragrant?

HI Darcy,

I checked to see what your growing zone is, and it is 7a. We are 7b. We have gotten down to 7a lows for the past two winters. What we grow should be hardy to your area as well. You might stay away from evergreens to be on the safe side. The ATP daylily database will tell you if the daylily is evergreen (E), semi evergreen (SE), or dormant (D). I cannot tell you specifically which ones may be fragrant without checking the database for each one. If you have the time and inclination, you can click on each daylily and it will take you to that daylily in the ATP database to see if it was registered as fragrant. Also, you might want to look at each daylily in the database to see other garden pictures. I like to see what a daylily looks like in more than one garden setting.
