Anyone in northern areas zoned 6a or colder, can you please comment on the hardiness of the following cultivars?:

Crazy Miss Daisy ( @petalsnsepals )
Creative Vision
Dizzy Miss Lizzy
Little Business
Madly Red ( @snickerspooh )
Mississippi Red Dragon ( @petalsnsepals )

I hope you don't mind, but I tagged a couple of you that are somewhere in my neck of the woods and have the plant.

Thank you, everyone, for any and all input on hardiness for these cultivars that you can give me!

I grew Little Business in Utah, zone 5a, and it did really well.

Thanks, Natalie! It's hard to believe that Utah, being so far south, actually has a zone 5a, but it sure does.

It has much colder zones than 5, due to the elevation. Our house there is at 4,600 feet!

Madly Red is perfectly hardy for me. The bloom is quite prone to Thrips damage, but I love it still.

I am in zone 5b and I grow Crazy Miss Daisy where it is performing beautifully. Planted three years ago in October.

I also grow Lazzy Miss Lizzy, planted also three years ago.

Thank you for the confirmation on Craisy Miss Daisy! That finalizes my desire for it, then, if it's hardy to atleast zone 5b! I'm just waiting for a seller to let me know if she still has it available or not. She also has Dizzy Miss Lizzy. Is that what you meant to type here?:

Gerry - have you ever tried putting pollen on Crazy Miss Daisy or have you ever seen seed pods on yours? I see that she's listed as both Triploid and Tetraploid and I was wondering if she's a difficult pod or pollen parent as a result, or if that actually makes her an easier one.

I just walked out to see, since I did not pollinate it, and there are seed pods.
Tomorrow morning I will put some pollen on it, but I do not know what at this time.

Crazy Miss Daisy does fine and I'm in zone 5. A little slow on increase though.
Mississippi Red Dragon performs well.
