Big, bright orange and beautiful flowers! Loved it the year I grew it. I got it from Flowers By The Sea.

This particular clone has the most amazing orange bracts - almost as bright a color as the flowers themselves. It tends to be more compact than some others as well. What great fall shrub! Now is the best time to plant these, BTW.

I wished I'd gotten the one Royal that you had available at the time, Kermit when I was ordering. I love the long, bright orange flowers with their bright orange bracts. Maybe next year I can get another one. A special salvia!
