If you would like to 'advertise' your desire for this plant on just All Things Plants, you can add it to your 'want' Plant List by clicking on 'Plant Database', typing in the plant you want, click on the correct plant, and then scroll all the way down and click on the dark blue button that says 'add to my list'. When you add it to your list, make sure you select 'want' (not 'have). This is a somewhat passive way of doing it since other members who have that cultivar won't receive a notification that you want it, so you would need to do a search and see who has it on their 'have' list, instead.

Some of our daylily enthusiasts on ATP like to go to the Lily Auction to try and find daylilies they want. It might be a little out of season right now (especially if you are in a northern state), but you can keep an eye on the lily auction website and even put it on your wishlist there (which will stay active for 90 days). Here is the website link:

Good luck!

I have had good results listing on the Lily Auction for items I want. Most of the vendors that are currently selling daylilies will hold them for spring shipping.

Bonnie, that is a stunner. Thanks for opening my eyes .... ;)

Are you on the Region 2 Robin? I forget which member it is, but someone on that list has a lot of Klehm cultivars.

If you aren't on the list, I can ask for you.

Kathy,

I am not on the Region 2 Robin. Would love to find someone that has Joy To The World for sale or trade. I have a lot of great Reckamp/Klehms myself. Please ask for me. Thank you, Bonnie

DogsNDaylilies and Cindy,

Thank you for the detailed instructions to list a plant that I am looking for and the Lily Auction suggestion. Much appreciated! I sell on the Lily auction and have this daylily listed as a wanted item. No luck, so far. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question!

Ed,

Thank you for the response. Isn't it always the really nice ones that are slower to increase? I really like HARVEST MOTH and it is slow to increase for me while most of the other Klehm/Reckamp's I grow have much faster increase. Please keep me in mind, when JOY TO THE WORLD increases.

Bonnie, you can always make an inquiry to Klehm's Song Sparrow Farm to see it they will have it available in spring.

I have sent an inquiry to them in the past and they did have what I wanted, which worked out great for me.

I have Joy To The World but it has not increased enough to share and I want it to get to a good sized clump.
