Hello all,
In discussing tomatoes, foods and cooking in other forums, I am on a quest to process fresh tomato sauce, but mostly "pasta" sauce which can be derived from that tomato sauce.
Now
@tveguy3 mentioned his Kitchen Aid mixer and an attachment for the straining of tomato seeds. In reading up on this, I read one post online outside of ATP where the person thought the KitchenAid with attachment splashed too much ??
I currently have a crank food mill, but think I might like to dive into something easier and/or better. Especially if I find that I want to freeze or can a lot of these tomato products, sauce, etc.
Here's a link with a few processors/food mills:

Has anyone used the Victorio Food Strainer? They list several attachment type strainers and well as attachment for it to become electric powered. Looks like something I might like to try.
Please tell me what all you have tried and what was/is your likes and dislikes. Thanks!
