Naked Lady (Lycoris radiata)
Hardy from zones 7-10, part shade to full sun. The database entry here says Z5, but that conflicts with most other sites regarding this species. I'll warn anyone not in Z7+ that I don't think they're hardy in lower zones, and never saw one until moving to AL from OH.
Offering in batches of 25 for $24 + $6 shipping, $30 total. Each batch will have at least 10 bulbs of blooming size (though I can't guarantee that disturbing won't interfere with the show for 2016.) These go for about $2 each on the name-brand bulb sales websites.
They usually bloom in mid-late September here, reliably every year, are extremely long-lived, and need no care after being put in the ground (which should be done as soon after receiving as possible.) Mature bulbs make baby bulb offsets, so in future years, you should see more blooms from what becomes a thicker patch.
After blooming, there's a short rest period, then the foliage comes up for spring and dies back about 2 months before the blooms show up. Unlike some bulbs that have large, dying foliage after blooming, L. radiata foliage is very small, looks like grass, unobtrusive. They will even bloom in a mowed lawn, as long as the buds aren't mowed-off when they start to emerge.
This is the best time to know where they are to dig them up but leave the longest amount of time to re-adjust before it's time to (hopefully) bloom again...
