I love this plant and after a move to a new home I couldn't take it with me ,it was blooming tiny yellow flowers I guess since I paid 50cents for it at a yard sale I thought it would be easy to obtain another . No such luck in Canada so far that was 25 years ago. I did find something similar extremely hardy but doesn't bloom I don't know its name . Why cant this Drunkards dream be found or shipped to Canada Sincerely Sharon

Most plants cannot be shipped to Canada or other countries without a phytosanitary certificate and import permit. This is to make certain plants have been properly inspected and don't have diseases and insects that could threaten the nursery industry or the food industry there.
