I love this Daylily, It is one of my favorites, and I crossed it with almost every cultivar that I had last year. I didn't not measure the height and the bloom size, but I did notice that the scape was medium height, and that the bloom seemed about 4.5-5 inches wide.

I purchased this plant from Maryott's last year, and it did not bloom. I am anxious to see it, and use it in hybridizing, as it looks to be a great parent.

I too purchased this daylily last year. It has done very well in my garden however it did not bloom for me. Hopefully she will this year and I can use her for crossing as I understand that she is an excellent parent.

This one has done well despite NOT being in the most ideal garden spot. It has been here since the year it was introduced ( 2006) and has made a nice clump. Last fall, I finally moved it to a better location and am looking forward to seeing it again next summer. Very photogenic - blooms never seem to have a bad hair day!

This was introduced in 2007 and I bought all three of the candies that year. Still have them all. Precious Candy sets pods well every year for me.

Thank you for the info on it setting well. I too purchased it last year. I'm looking forward to working with it.

In my zone 8 garden, this flower grows like a weed! Extremely pod fertile. Great parents in its background and an great parent also. Bud count is in the twenties, scape height around 30".

I recommend this one, too.

I bought and planted Precious Candy in April 2021 and put it on Back Daylily Hill. Even in it's first year, PC threw five flowers, pretty soon after planting between June 27 to July 11. Very pretty! I like all the Candy series, I have a lot of them.

PC started with 3 fans this April. It bloomed from June 24- July 16 with only 7 flowers, making it an EM in my yard. By October, it was up to 4 fans and had a slight case of rust. I hope that the plant will have settled by next season so I start getting some of the great results other people seem to get.

2023 update… a much better year for PC. It bloomed from July 1- August 10 with at least 21 blooms, probably more and doubled itself to end at 6 fans by October
