Yes, of course you've lost your mind. I lost mine too. Most of us in here have. Isn't it great fun?
And the best part is that it has all just begun.

I don't think any of them stay yellow all year. The ones I have turn yellow in the spring and green out in summer.

Somewhere near the bottom of this page there was a short discussion of some yellow/orange semp varieities.

Jo Ann I have Lennick's Glory and it is more green than yellow...For me the most yellowish ones are huefs - Orange Tip is great - small though for me. Goldbug and Zantheheuf (or something, can't remember the spelling)

Greg, I have Gold Bug and it IS small.
It took awhile for me to realize the website images were the true size of the plant in many cases. It takes a lot of plants to fill my large planters.
Thanks for the heuffs tip, I will recheck Mountain Crest for some.

It just came to me that I can pick up yellow in a sedum.
I did check jovies and there arent many that are real yellow.
I have a wishlist started at MC. Guess it's too early to put in an order.

I like Gold Moss for a sedum.

Here you go Jo Ann, Feb. through the growing season. In Sept. it starts to green out for me, but still have enough color that it would be very pretty in your above container.

Bernstein has some beautiful coloring that might work, from ealy spring through the summer, depending on growing conditions.

hueffelii 'Xanthoheuff is by far the best yellow hueffelii, but the brightest yellow is during the spring.

Sedum japonicum 'Tokyo Sun' is by far the brightest yellow I have seen so far, if kept in sun. It greens out if it gets to much shade. It also stays tight and low mounding. I think it was Connie that gave it to me a couple of years ago.

Jo Ann, Michael's Golden may be difficult to find, you might be able to find it at Perennial Obsessions, I think they have it. If it doesn't show up in their online catalog just email them.

And the 'Tokyo Sun' remains that bright yellow the entire year for me, as long as it is in sun. Can you tell that I just love that sedum?

I searched high and low for Michael's Golden. I could only locate it in one place, but I dared not face the guard dogs. Hilarious!
I did put 'Bernstein' on my PO list just for its yellow/orange potential.
I thought about 'Lemon Sky' but I somehow got the idea it wasn't very hardy.

Yes Tim, you are familiar with how vicious those two dogs are. We have upped our home owners insurance because of them. Whistling

Greg, it has been through 2 winters for me without any problem. Not sure on just how cold it go? It might now work for Jo Ann as I see it has only been tested to growing zone 7 at this time. It does need very good drainage to stay happy and healthy.
This is the color mine has stayed through the entire growing season, again it was in full sun.

Thanks for the Yellow Sun tip,it is a beauty.
I did search for Michael's Gold but Google page is full of Pinterest images and when I went to Plant Files I thought I was in a foreign country. They changed the layout. I was principally looking for a vendor. Guess that plant will have to go down as not available.

Tokyo Sun is out of my zone. Listed as 8 and 9. I am zone 6a. It will be 17* tonight.
I usually choose anything from Z4 on.

That sedum will easily live indoors for the winter on the surface of one of your indoor plants in bright window light. I did that the first year I had it. It came through in great form.
