Just about anything that grows Hilarious!

Ok, narrowing it down... Next to Iris, I have about 70 roses.
I love trees, shrubs, vines... I grow a few different Wisterias, have 7 or 8 Magnolias (and a few Michaelias, now classed as Magnolias), several very cool weeping cypress. I have collections of Pittosporum & Mahonia. I think I counted about 80 trees that I've planted here... mostly deciduous, although there are some conifers too. A few bamboos...
I have a mixed fruit orchard... mostly Apples and Pears, but also Pluots, Nectarines, a Peach, Loquat, Prune, Walnut, Figs, Persimmon, Kiwis, Mandarin, Navel Orange, Meyer Lemon...
Filling in between the shrubs are lots of different perennials, grasses, succulents..
I like variegated things, weird forms of common plants.. contorted, weeping, fastigiate..
There are a lot of plants that I'd love to grow that don't do well here. I had several Japanese Maples at my last house, but the Verticillium is really bad in the soil here, so I just have a couple.. Well three, but the third one is struggling... I long for Dogwoods, Viburnums and Rhododendrons, but the soil and water situation dictate otherwise..

You asked Hilarious!

I have a large selection of plants. I try to find cultivars that aren't already present in the neighborhood.
Nine peonies, a ninebark, a quince, 2 agastache, 2 clematis, a black elderberry, several dayliliesn a harry lauders walking stick and a yoshino cherry tree are all my favorites. But I have many others. I am zone pushing right now with a crape myrtle purchased last year. Still waiting to see how it survived.

Daylilies, lots of trees and various shrubs, miscellaneous perennials including salvia and penstemons, a very few roses and clematis, some ornamental grasses, a few true geraniums and a few pelargoniums, about three varieties of lantana, some daffodils, a small kitchen garden, vinca and one other groundcover, and a lot of weeds. Also (subject to rabbit predation) a few hosta and several cultivars of Heuchera. Other odds and ends not listed include annuals which can usually overwinter here including osteospermum and licorice plant.

Most of our plant choices have been dictated by deer predation, and more recently rabbit predation. (We are making some progress on fencing the deer out, but I'm not convinced that we're there yet. If we can get through daylily season without losses then I will feel more confident about that.)
Evaluating an iris seedling, hopefully for rebloom

We have quite a few trees, as it was a wooded area & the house was snuck in. We have pink peonies from my childhood home (an ID of Sarah Burnhardt ) week stems & that was the pink planted in the 1930s. A few daylilies, but the irises take up most of our time. Daffodils.

I planted Rosa Twilight Zone today. It's looking very healthy and I'm pleased. I hope the flowers live up to what I see in the database. I also have Westerland, Betty Boop, Barby Kordana and Dr. Huey.

I forgot the Harry Lauders Walking Sticks.. I've got two, because they're so cool.. Both purple, and green foliaged forms.

@djinnevada ... I have a long list of things I've killed over the years, things that won't grow here (that should!), and diseases I battle.. I think gardeners are just tenacious.
