Just a heads up, there is some one selling semps on Ebay and using some of our photos from the database here at ATP. I found two of mine that she is using. I sent mail to her asking for her to remove the photos, or to pay for them. We will see how that goes.
I did notice there are others that look to be from the ATP database, I just couldn't read the watermarks on the photos.
You might want to check to see if any are yours.

I contacted her about 2 of my pictures. One of them she has removed and replaced with one of Patty's! REALLY? You can even see the copywrite on the bottom!

Got your c-mail Julia about one of my photo being used.
When I contact these type of people, I copy that portion of the link Lyn provided above about the guidelines for using images and they they are not in compliance. If they do not remove all copyrighted images then they will be reported to Ebay and that it could affect their business and I add that quote.
"Make sure your listing follows these guidelines. If it doesn't, it may be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account."

I just sent them this:

Do you see that copyright symbol on my image right next to my name Sue Brown??? Yes, all the images you stole from All Things Plants are copyrighted! You were contacted by another seller to remove their image and then had the nerve to replace it with someone else's image from All Things Plants. I am wondering if we need to go straight to Ebay about the fact that this is a huge problem with this seller?
She still has not removed my photos.

I don't understand why she only removed one of mine either??? I did contact her again but haven't heard from her at all.

I just heard back from her (Carol). She asked if she had removed the wrong photos. I even sent her a link to the photos that belong to me.
I think right now she is busy trying to clean up her mess.

She just wrote back "Have I removed all your pixs?? so sorry Carol"

The rose one is another seller.

And she removed several other images but not mine and then she emails me that!
