I thought I would start a new thread so that we can show plenty of pictures from everyone for everyone during 2014!

Here's a pot I cleaned up by replacing many smaller semps with larger Noid semps. They have good color now. The one tall branching sedum is going gangbusters but the other had to be trimmed down to get it branching more. On the right hand side back the sparse sedum tends to elongate in the stem and spread out in a gangly way. Maybe I should/will replace.

Thanks, Julia. Since I am trying to be a "new-semp-holdout", it means that I have to rip out some old semps to put in new old semps. Easy to do if I would just pay more attention to what I have at home in front of me instead of dreaming about new semps from somewhere else like: _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Nursery (fill in blanks with any nursery that sells semps).

Julia, can you and I be satisfied with the baby-sitting of the thousands of semp seedlings you have and the hundred+ semp seedlings I have until May?

I picked up this bowl for less than $2 at the Goodwill store. It was screaming take me home and fill me with succulents. It has no drainage so I will have to be careful this summer when I move it outside. It is 7in across, the circular part is 5in across with another 2in wing span and 3in deep. I am really looking forward to planting it and we are headed to several Flower Shows in the next week so I am sure I will come how with something interesting to put in it.

Thank You! Calin and David. Not as fun cleaning up/re-dressing/re-planting old arrangements but when you got one you really like and do re-work it, then it's like you got a new one after you are done. Besides, this saves on having to buy new plants. I think I have more plants than I thought because some of the old stuff lying around looks unfamiliar, like "When did I buy that? ".

I saw this on pinterest and thought it would look good planted with semps, sedums and other succulents.

Holly are you going to drill holes in it? If you do not am afraid it won't do well for your succulents.

Bev, Love the new arrangement in that old pot. Nice contrast of the sedum against the dark semps.
What kind is it?
Thanks for giving me the OHHHHH I need to plant. Hilarious! I did buy some new pots a few days ago,
I will try to get some shots soon of the blank canvas. Maybe I will wait till after my Portland trip
to plant them up. Whistling

Great colors coming on those semps Bev. That's the nice thing about semps, every month you think you have new semps. All that color changing. Green Grin!
They are really looking great.

Love that new container Holly. Who is the maker? Really like the shape.

Marilyn, photos of your new containers. Hurray! Hurray!

It says Floraline on the bottom and I am pretty sure it was originally used in Floral Arrangements.
