That's about the best 45 minutes I've spent in a long time. I enjoy your down home ATP chat every week, and I especially love your interviews with Margaret.

Amazing woman, I think, and it's so good that she can put into words certain concepts that are felt more often than they can be explained. It's difficult to paint pictures of feelings, connections with nature, but she does it well with her words.

I'm anxious to read 'Parables'.
Thanks to you and also to Margaret Roach for this interview.

(And I so agree about Joseph's Seed article as well - a fresh look, I think.)

I loved this podcast - thank you so much!

As Sharon said, I think this book must put into words what all gardeners feel but have not been able to convey. It would be a good "present" book for my children and extended family so they would better understand our feelings for all things nature, plants, etc.

Trish, how are your paper whites doing and Dave, I would love to see progress photo's of your sweet potato Thumbs up

Thanks again!

Another reason I so love these podcasts.

When I was a young child, we didn't have television. Once a month, my mother would attend "Mother's Club", a group of mother's that would get together for a night out but then they did a lot of civic type things as well.

On the night she would attend these, dad would make popcorn and slice apples and put a blanket down in front of the radio and sister and I would eat popcorn and apples and listen to Dragnet.

The radio was in a wood cabinet and was like 4 feet tall. Had the BEST speakers. Thumbs up

Thank you for that memory Lovey dubby

The paperwhites haven't budged, unfortunately. But they still look good, so I'm not going to worry yet.

I'm sure Dave will keep everyone updated on the sweet potato, especially now that he announced the difference of opinion. Sticking tongue out

I just happened to find this new feature- Podcast on ATP Thumbs up It's making the site real interactive and I wish some day it would've evolved into something like a new gardening media chanel !! Blinking
It was real interesting to get acquainted with the Joseph's method of plant managing and the concept of landrace.
Thank's to you and Margaret Roach for the opportunity to learn about her recent book and the link. Real educational for me as a starting gardener. Hilarious! Thumbs up

Loved the new podcast, as I am listening, I am opening new tabs to go search for the articles and threads mentioned that I have not seen yet. Sometimes you get so busy just looking at your usual watched threads or working in the database that you can miss out on other gems here on ATP!
Looking forward to your future podcasts! Thumbs up
