Dana - That's really a cool idea! You need a resin white rabbit out there with the china! Too cute!

Your pics look blurry because they are reduced photos. When enlarged, they become grainy. I can still see the photos though and get the idea of what you are trying to convey. You've really got some neat garden ideas! You think outside of the box (or norm). I love to see concepts like that! ;-)

Dana - I don't know. Are you downloading them from a smaller resolution/size photo? Your theme is really cute! I know miniature gardening is getting popular again. I remember the forum on DG when it started. In fact, I think I helped start the sticky thread there! LOL! I am trying to create some Bonsai trees which will have miniature scenes in their pots. I love those big tea cups.
I haven't thought about themes for my garden. But I do divide the yard into different areas, each area has it's own purpose. I have the upper and lower front yard the side yard, and upper and lower back yards, secret garden and veggie garden. The upper front yard is all about display. It is what people see when driving by or visiting. The lower front yard is more about privacy it has the Evergreen grouping which screens the view from the road, the bathtub pond sits in this area and grassy paths that lead around to the Secret Garden , Veggie Garden, Sunshine Garden and Barn. The side garden is a service area the potting shed, holding area for potted plants, driveway, trash/recycle are there. Although it is a service area it is also the area that greets me when I come home. The upper back yard is about family fun and relaxation. The big pond will go there at a later date right now I have two small ponds, bird feeders, gazebo, swimming pool and the GH will go in this area. Lower back yard is a fenced area for the dog. It has an Apple Tree that provides a shady spot and some low evergreen shrubs. The Secret Garden is really just a small area at the side of the house bordered by the lower front and lower back yards. The side of the house and the Veggie Garden. The Sunshine Garden runs down the one side of the Veggie Garden and borders the path to the barn with the Evergreen grouping on the other side of the path.

LOL, I noticed you mentioned that somewhere. We had computer issues last fall and had removed the pictures while the the computer was repaired some were put back into that computer and some put into the lap top. So I am forever moving back and forth looking for pics to post.
Here is a pic of my upper front yard looking in from the road.

Holly - I remember that gorgeous arbor with orange trumpet creeper growing over the top of it! You must have lots of hummingbirds! Love all the different "rooms" of your yard! I want to see you tub pond again! I remember how neat it was! I hope you are able to locate a photo of that one! I am just crazy about vines and pond plants! ;-)

Beautiful areas from your posted photos! I love forward to seeing more! Lovey dubby

Thanks you so much
Anjl I just love your Trumpet Vine Wall
Beck I know I have a really good pic of the bathtub pond I'll try to find it tomorrow.
This shot is looking down from the upper front yard to the lower front yard. To the right you can see some of the Evergreen grouping and the Bathtub Pond right in front of it. To the left you can see the L shaped clipped Yew. You can turn and go through an arch cut into the Yew right before the L. I'll post a pic of the arch it leads into the Secret Garden area and the Veggie garden. Or you can go around the Yew and travel along the path to the barn the Evergreen Grouping would be on the right and the Sunshine Bed will be on the left.

Here is a close up look at the the Yew. Just little seedlings planted years ago in an L shape with space for an opening you could walk through. It is huge now, That arch doesn't look real big and I would like it to be a bit wider but I can take my wheel barrow though that opening and Ric is 6ft and can walk through without stooping. The idea was the Yew would be the front wall of a formal secret garden and we are still planing on doing that but it is still a blank slate. One of the access areas to The Veggie garden area is also through that arch.
