I think I am looking for some stunning all season heuchs for a very shady border. I am right now envisioning two of two different varieties (4 in total).

"Havana" looks so great in pictures because of its stunning flowers. I would love to hear more from any of you who has experience with this particular plant. As it seem that the foliage is not exceptional I am hoping that it is a reliable re-bloomer. What say you all?

Any suggestions for my alternating 4 plants?

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! Copperbeech.
I have 'Havana' and so far not a great plant. None of the city series have been that great for me. They seem to be weak growers here in the PNW.
Tell me a bit more about your growing area? What area do you live, what kind of shade? Heuchera don't do well in deep shade.

Havana did very poorly for me and did not overwinter. If you want to try the city series I have heard better things about Paris and Hollywood , but overall the series has not done well for me. I bought Rio this year and so far it is doing well. Lipstick is supposed to have good flowering , but I have not tried that one myself. Regina and Coral Bouquet are older ones that have nice flowering.

Welcome! I hope some of this helped. Different kinds do better in different parts of the country so it would be helpful to know where you are from.

Interesting feedback on Havana - I bought Havana several years ago in a co op and it did not make it. I thought perhaps it was because it was a co op plant that I lost it, now I am wondering if it is just a weak plant all the way around....
