I was looking at seeds for sale online here in MX, sort of an ebay type place. They have seeds for several types of black plumeria. I've never heard of a black and I'm wondering if this is photoshop heaven or something?

There is no such thing! In addition, even if there was, Plumeria do not come true from seed.
