Aloe garden

Wow! Great photos!
I will be in LA in a few days, so maybe I can visit this place! Are there other gardening places you would recommend in that area? I'll be traveling from LA to San Diego a few times during the week, so if there's anyplace in between that I should see, let me know!

There is the Huntington Gardens in San Marino (northeast of L.A.), and the San Diego Botanic Garden in (I think) Encinitas (just north of San Diego). If you like architecture along with your plants, check out Balboa Park in San Diego. It is free to go inside the park and explore the grounds. There is a fee for the Japanese Garden and most of the museums and the zoo.

Great pics of some weird plants I've seldom seen. I liked those peacocks too.

i LOVE Balboa park! We will definitely go there again.
My daughter called and said she had tickets for the Garden Show in Del Mar.
We'll get there just in time on Sunday. Hopefully no mudslides this time around.
I made a list of good nurseries to look up.
Let's hope I get good photos and can add a photo tour of my own!
