Needless to say a huge change in landscaping is coming my way!
Any advice, input, suggestions on new plants-I am a cacti/succulent lover, amongst my tropicals...
But Zone suiting, some nice, possibly odd-I don't mind extra care Plants-I'd really appreciate any words of wisdom from fellow garden lovers!

hello and welcome Banana!!.. like the rest of us we learn what can be brought in during winter to have a somewhat tropical feel.. cannas, and caladiums that sort of thing.. we are always happy to help

South for us in New England. What zone will you be in. As an iris fan, I could suggest both bearded & Siberian irises. The Siberians like acid soil, so you would have to find out what your soil is like for them.

I think most people will bring in the tropicals; cacti for the winter. Your local garden clubs could help you.

All my tropicals come in in October, cannas get dug and stored and this year I am going to try saving some of my begonia bulbs.
Not much help from me on perennials I'm more an annual gal
