Could you fix the My Plant List to download each persons own pics to their plant list?
I don't want to attach another persons pic to my plant. Thank you Thank You!

I think most people don't want this. They'd rather have the most popular photo showing, whether it's their photo or not.

If you really want this, you could go over to Cubits.org and start your own database in your own cubit, the way Calif_Sue has done.

She has separate databases for separate categories. In each category, she lists her own plants and uploads her own photos to go with them.

I haven't updated in a while, here are all the categories I created:

It's time consuming so I prefer the simple click on the ATP database and I can also add my own personal notations too. I can live with having the main thumbnail showing.

I just saw this, I'm with you Chickhill, I'd much rather have my own pictures appear on my plant list.

It doesn't matter to me what photo appears; I just scroll down the page and see all photo's that have been submitted for the plant, mine included.

edited to add: And, many times someone else's photo will show more detail than mine.

Besides, it's just an inventory list with small thumbnails, usually of the best or most popular image. I use the list for a quick ID at a glance. If I want another thumbnail, then I give it a thumbs up and hopefully it will pop it into the #1 position.

As noted in another thread, you can upload 'your' photo to your list by simply adding a link to the comments section and your pic (or any other you might prefer, or even a couple different ones) will show up in a larger format. This seems like a reasonable solution. I use the list feature as more of a jumping off spot - I can quickly scroll through plants I have in my gardens, but will typically open up the main entry for more specific information.
