I'm looking to get something a bit cheaper for hanging things from the grooves in the greenhouse than those Palram Plant Hangars.

I was thinking maybe sticking some Epoxy Putty in the grooves where I want them and inserting something like a cup hook before it dries.

Does anyone have any experience with this and/or do you think it would be a good idea?

Interesting. I don't have an answer but I'll be watching if someone does. Sounds like a good idea!

Here is a picture with one of the Palram Plant Hangars in it:

And here is a fairly reasonable rendering of the groove:

You could use T bolts to fit into those grooves and hold nice and tight.

I use them on my harbor freight GH which has the same tracks as yours does. They work perfectly for attaching anything. You can buy the T bolts from any hardware store. I made my own using bolt cutters and an ax grinder on some regular bolts. These things cost me pennies each since I bought a huge bag of bolts when our local hardware store had a sale on $1/lb for bolts.

I was unable to find any T Bolts but got some epoxy putty and it worked very well .. I'm going to experiment a little and when I get it just right I'll post how I do use it!
