When visiting The Astilbes Database you might notice some of your favorite Astilbes are no longer A. chinensis varieties. A. chinensis is now a synonym of Chinese Astilbe (Astilbe rubra).

All Chionodoxa species are now synonyms of species of genus Scilla. You can still find your plants by typing in the name you've always used as they've all been added as synonyms.
