Thread OP

Hello, I have a fuzzy-leaved plant with purple flowers that I'd like to identify and care for. Can anyone tell by the picture, or is a closer one needed? Any information would be most appreciated. Thank you.

Hi 001. That's an African Violet. They aren't my specialty but someone will be along to give your more information.

Thank you, SongofJoy. And thank you for the welcome, Seedfork.

Am very glad to have gotten this plant identified so quickly. And looking at information from other searches, I now know to remove the dried flowers in hopes it will trigger new growth. (you have quite an eye for plants, SongofJoy)
