Tina, I have decided to fight back with natural means. I am going to farm them (snails). I am doing the research now and will post in the Edibles thread when I get the courage.

I am seriously thinking about it. They are quite easy to raise. I went looking for some two nights ago to start with but I couldn't find one. I think I will have to wait till the warm months again. I know they are here because of the shells, trails and how they maul my veggies. I will post in edibles when I get started so you can follow.
