Well then it looks like I have something I can share with you, Greg. So many little balls of fuzz! Hilarious! Eventually I think it will climb back over that rock, how cool that wil be! Right now the side it is facing is in afternoon shade so I expect it will head for the brighter side.

The weird thing is I have killed every arach I've tried but this one thrives. Maybe it is because I ignore it since it is on the backside of the table.

Connie that is just beautiful. Cebenense is one of the first named semps I got, and it came from SMG. I love this one for it's toughness and great webbing.
Nice choice Connie. Thumbs up

Earlier this spring all of those babies were sticking up and out all over the main clump When I first saw it like this I couldn't help but laugh! Now that they are a little bit bigger they have dropped down to the surface, or whatever it is called almost three feet off the ground.

I can do that. Most of my photos are of single plants or sections of plants/rocks. In the meantime, here is one from January; don't remember if I posted it before:

Here is a shot taken prior to the last photo but later than the January photo showing the thingies sticking up. Note that the mini dianthus on the left is just in bud. The plant above and on the left is Allium senescens subsp. glaucum and on the right Lewisia columbiana var wallowensis.

Looking at all of the photos in the data base here, Cebenense is remarkably variable. It is also hard to believe that it can get up to 4 inches in diameter! I'll be watching this one.

Connie,
I am not a big fan of the arachs either, but that is a beautiful plant. I also have killed off all the arachs I've tried to grow. I might give this variety some thought on trying to grow it. I really want some white in my beds.
Is it prolific and a fast grower?

Bob
