It is Actaea pachypoda but does not look ripe yet, the seed pedicels are nice and thick so I would say it
is Actaea pachypoda, once those seeds ripen up its pedicels likely will tun red too but its just not the right time. So its not A. rubra....because rubra has very thin pedicels. The colour may come once they ripen and they look far from ripe right in this photo. The thicker stem is also diagnostic when in flower. Compare
