Let me go through the database to see which ones might work for you. How far do they need to trail?

Here is one to get started. It trails nicely for me, but does take some time.

Hi,
I like the look of this one. I want to place some in a hang basket/clay pot cone. So I would like them at least 10'' .Others I want to use in a display with a bottomless pot wedge into a larger pot giving the impression that something is pouring down.
Yes I am a bit mad !

The S. 'Cape Blanco' definitely gives the impression of pouring down.

Have you considered Delosperma cooperii? It will spill beautifully, and in a short time. It blooms from late spring until killing frost. Mid way through summer this was all the way to the ground. I had to keep trimming it.
