I'm almost done this little mini garden. 1st time I've tried something like this and it was fun. I wanted some Irish Moss, but the garden centres don't have a lot of stock yet..too early in the season. I have 2 micro mini roses coming. One will go on the right of the Pagoda and the other will go in front of the rock between the grasses. If I can find some Irish moss, I will remove the baby tears.

The roses arrived, but the micros did not have blooms, so I used some minis. I dropped the container off at the Garden Show for this weekend. Here's the finished look

We both got 3rd in the container competition. Both had to include Blooms & Branches and the Kid's group had to do a Fairy Tale theme.

Keep them. They are in my living room for a little while. I will make room in the greenhouse and then put them in the garden when it get warmer.

No, it was an unfinished bird house from Michael's Craft. I stained it black and red oak. I still have that and replace the not hardy plants each year. The little evergreen has grown and over winters fine in the wooden planter
