I was one of the first 300 contributors to the plant database! Plant Identifier
I seen some clematis vines on a clearance rack and they looked pretty nice. But I wondered if it is too late in the year here to plant? Are they finicky about making it through the first winter before being established fully? They had coneflowers too that were pretty, but I have a notion they do not like planted this late and won't make it so I passed on those.
