Any one know why my Black eyed Susan's bloom looks like this? Instead of drying up this year it looks like the seeds are trying to grow?????? Never had one to look like this Shrug! Only one volunteer plant this year.

It looks like the Aster Yellows, a disease that attacks plants of the Asteracea family especially Coneflowers.
