Here at All Things Plants, we can have blogs, and I do have one in which I share what I'm doing with my hybridization work. So if you are interested in what I'm doing, or just curious, please check out my blog each day to see if something new is cooking!

Hey LariAnn, it's been a long time since you and I spoke, more due to illness at the time, but things are getting better now. I have a question about the new Colocasia 'Nobel Gigantea'. It seems to be having a problem producing leaves on the end of their petioles. They are very small and very quickly turn brown so I am not sure what is going on. The plants are small and growing slowly. I got them from a Florida Nursery about a month ago and they should be much larger than they are now. I have a Colocasia 'Thi Giant' and it's doing great. Any insight into what may be the problem would be appreciated.

Just updated my blog with a couple of new entries - so much has been going on that I've fallen way behind in keeping fans up to date.

Hey LariAnn, Huge congrats on the "Best In Show" for Waverly! What a beauty! Will you be sending this out for tc soon?

I know it's self serving but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you on propagating and crossing your dark Alocasia. Those beauties sure would look nice with a New England home.

Web of Wonders is also fantastic! Is it a trilobatum?
Evan
