Do we want to start a new Anticipation thread for 2015?
We came from here
The thread "Anticipation 5" in Orchids forum

I have so many anticipations that I am learning patience! Here are the new ones.

C. aurantiaca x L. briegeri (not registered that I can find)
Thumb of 2015-01-02/shadytrake/ce63d0

Eny. Highland Canary - I imported this from Canada several years ago. I hope the bloom is better than the last.
Thumb of 2015-01-02/shadytrake/7200be

Clowesia Rebecca Northen - 4 spikes!!
Thumb of 2015-01-02/shadytrake/cd2efa

Kefersteinia mystacina - again!
Thumb of 2015-01-02/shadytrake/bca42d

Phal Luedde-violacea (violacea 'Magnificent' x lueddemanniana 'Woodlawn') - I grew from flask (de-flasked 4/2013)
Thumb of 2015-01-02/shadytrake/9ad664

Rby Copper Queen - again!
Thumb of 2015-01-02/shadytrake/2a9652

Rlc Denis Roessiger - I thought I had lost the bud as the sheath had rotted. I peeled it away and put the fan on hoping to save it. Woot!
Thumb of 2015-01-02/shadytrake/67d28d

V. testacea x garayi (not registered yet) - first bloom seedling from Martin Motes! So exciting as this is my very FIRST Vanda bloom.
Thumb of 2015-01-02/shadytrake/5c2868

Vandopsis parishii var mariottiana - so exciting as we almost lost this last winter when the heater was stolen
Thumb of 2015-01-02/shadytrake/593e7d

Here is the bloom from 4 years ago.

Woo hoo, that's a nice fat bud, Tara. Lots going on at Melissa's greenhouse, too. Can't wait.

Speaking of 'can't wait', phew am I ever suffering Angreacum angst here! The second small spike has aborted, but these three buds look like they could pop any day. But then I've thought that for at least 3 weeks!
Thumb of 2015-01-02/dyzzypyxxy/ec81c8

I have spikes with buds on Den Andree Millar, Pot. Elaine Taylor 'Krull Smith' and a surprise on Lc. Renate that I just re-potted a couple of days ago.

OMG, I don't want to jinx it but when I inspected the orchids today I found SEVEN spikes on the Den Gillieston Gold 'Natalie' that were hiding! There is an orchid show last weekend in January so crossing my fingers that the blooms will be ready!! Thumbs up

I also found buds on three of my Den moniliforme orchids! Den moniliforme 'Benibotan', Den moniliforme 'Yumedono', and Den moniliforme.

I also counted four spikes on my Phal Matt Rad!

Tomorrow I am going to pull out my large Den Princess x Gold Star and count the buds. I estimate there are almost 100! So exciting!! Hurray! Hurray!

A couple of things that may be worthy of posting. Look at this coming on Den. speciosum.

Then there is Schomburgkia undulata sending up two spikes this year. A few years ago it sent up one spike to seven feet. Last year it had four spikes at about four feet each. So, who knows what heights these two will achieve but it will be fun to watch. (Yes, I know, but I just cannot bring myself to call it a Laelia).

I am so happy to show a nice big spike on one of my Cymbidiums! It's not even one of the so called 'heat tolerant' ones I have, either. Just an everyday one from Costco! It will be a month or more before it opens any flowers, I'm sure.

Still suffering the angst of the Angreacum. The buds are big and have long tails now, but no sign of popping. Sticking tongue out

That's where mine are too, Jim. Pretty sure that's what made the difference. Also a lady at the orchid show told me they need heavy feeding and some shade through the summer, which I haven't been doing. They've had some timed-release fert, but by no means a 'heavy' hand. This year, they'll get all the goodies!

This Phal Baldans Kaleidoscope last bloomed from Oct 2012 to April 2013, after that it has rested, made several new roots and leaves, repotted last August 2014, and continued to grow foliage.

Finally seeing a potential spike forming! Yippeee! Still a very long wait for this one...but it is alway exciting to watch out for!

That looks like a very healthy plant, Tarev. I think you can except good flowers from her.
