Planted all but one of these last spring and summer, so looking forward to a lot of new blooms.
My Path I have had a couple of years and I do love it, right now it is my favorite, just because of the nice clump it is forming and the number of blooms, and it reblooms well also.

I don't have good pictures of most of my "M"s, but here are a few:

One of my few doubles, and it is fairly reliable as a double. (Sometimes the first few flowers might be single, but most years, not.)

An oldie but goodie. Love the color. Wouldn't mind an "improved" version of this (my idea of "improvements", of course!).

Beautiful on the days when it opens well (it is not in this image); the flowers are maybe 30% polymerous here. (Most (if not all) of the registered polymerous plants that I have acquired have not performed to spec, here. I suspect partly it is a matter of shade, partly of water, but I suspect that something else climate-wise is involved, as this has been true in two gardens over many different cultivars and with differing amounts of water and shade. I've been trying to use 'Magical Indeed' in my pollen dabbing, but it has been a reluctant pod parent for me, and thus far I have not gotten any polymerous seedlings from it.)
Evaluating an iris seedling, hopefully for rebloom

Thumbs up Way to many tonight to pick favorites. Loving all the near blacks! A few from my garden....

Registered as evergreen, I've had it since intro in '07 without any hardiness issues.

My favorite double.

Great plant, has been excellent parent for me.

Love the wide petals, saturated color and soft pleating in this sculpted form.

I have Magical Indeed too, and it has opening issues for me as well. Can't remember how often it was poly and made no notes. Are you working with tet poly's? I'm just wondering if there are many available, most of the ones I see are diploids. (I should go back and read the poly threads....)

A few 'M's are growing here.

'Make Room For Miracles':

'Marked By Lydia' and 'Marked By Lydia' as a poly. Two blooms, two stalks, same day, only once.
Thumb of 2015-01-20/needrain/f16e16

'Milady Greensleeves' lost the pinkish wash on the petals when the weather was really hot:
Thumb of 2015-01-20/needrain/0a3b88 Thumb of 2015-01-20/needrain/8303a7

'Monkey Shine' I'm sure it will do better this next year. I was going to use a database photo, but there isn't one. This was a first year plant and clearly hadn't adjusted before it bloomed.
Thumb of 2015-01-20/needrain/138156

'My Soul Surrendered' and 'Mad Dogs And Englishmen' came this past summer and grew pretty well, especially MDAE, so I hope to see them bloom this coming season.

Ed, your photo of 'My Millicent' reminded me enough of 'Make Room For Miracles' that it sent me to the database to look around. A lot of variation on both cultivars. So that made me go check the 'borrowed' net photo I got to use until mine bloomed. I think I borrowed it from the seller. What all goes into making blooms look different? And how extreme can those different appearances be until they are not reasonable? Soil (nutrients), temperature, moisture, photos in general - anything else affecting the expression of the appearance of a bloom? Are some colors more inclined to have variation?

Donald I would have to think that one of those photos(' Make Room For Miracles')is of the wrong daylily.
