today I was misting my seedlings in the GH when an insect looking like an elongated small month with narrow wings was burrowing into the soil my nice little pepper seedling was in! I grabbed it and got it out of there. What the devil is that--I suspect laying some type of larvae. Do I need to spray all the plants?

No idea what that might be without a picture. If you see another one can you give it a photo op before removing it? Unless you see more of them I wouldn't worry about it.
