I gently raised one of my starts and it has some root stars, looks good.
I have forgotten how long it takes for seeds to sprout, mine have been planted two weeks but nothing yet, am I too anxious.

Doris.............be patient with the seeds. Some take a month. I am still potting up some of my seedlings, while others are already 4"+ high and need to go into larger pots.

Well I had one container with three yellow seeds from Amazon, planted 4 weeks ago, decided to take one out and check on it, I pealed it open, NO seed, empty, so I checked the other two, same thing, empty shell Grrrrrrrrrr, that was a lost $15 but even worse NO PLANTS.

Sorry Doris. I would request a refund. Can you get any seeds from BGI? I don't have any or I would send you some. I know Shaun has some for sale.

I hate waiting also. I am very impatient.

That sucks. Hope you get a refund. My first seed pod had no seeds inside the cork. I purchased some from BGI. They seem to be fruitful!

well those were a lost cause but I did get some nice seeds from Shaun, all planted, hope to have them showing starts soon.

Doris............I have seeds if you want to replace.................what was the cross that was were dud seeds??

I always peel a few of mine to get an idea of how many are empty. I had a large seedpod last Fall that had 160 seeds. I checked one...........then another......another.......I ended up checking all of them and had only about 10 with seeds out of 160!!! Crazy, huh?? That is one reason to take enough of the corky covering off to see if you have a seed inside there!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR OFFER BRENDA but Shaun's should start to show soon, but I will keep that in mind, The ones that were all duds was a Yellow double I tried the refund deal but all she said was she did not garantee them.

Here are my seedlings started in early Feb. Potted Feb. 9 and fed with dilute miracle grow fertilizer twice now. They are recently potted again to 1/2 gallon pots. Will be in 5-7 gallon pots before I know it.

Seeds are crosses from Shaun Douglas (Australia), Edna Murphree (Virginia) and some of my own crosses!
