I noticed lately that when I click on a picture to expand it, I cannot exit the picture by clicking the "X" and there is no "Esc" shown. I am still using Vista with ie 9.
The picture comes up with a black background and border area. Only one picture can be viewed.

I think @Dave will need to check this out, Jerry. I do know that from time to time there are user problems associated with IE, but I don't know in which areas they're occurring now.
