My new plants look pretty rough right now, and seeing how new growth appears from the old gives me hope. Smiling

Can you give an approximate date of when this picture was taken?

Thanks again!

I planted that last Sept. And then promptly forgot about it. Hilarious! I noticed it a couple of weeks ago and took the pic. So...maybe...3-11-15? This is from today.

Thanks!

Mine are all shriveled-looking now, but I hadn't thought that they'd looked too terribly bad once the snow cover cleared.

Yours look great! Thumbs up

Good luck! I'm really looking forward to the flowers. The emerging foliage is amazing. Smiling

We had maybe 3" of snow on Monday, and our first spring rain overnight last night, and I think I see something happening with mine this morning! I'm excited, but I'm not holding my breath just yet...we have teens in our forecast again on Friday (with no snow cover), so that could set the poor things back yet again. Rolling my eyes.

I love this time of year but I hate it, too. You never know for sure what the weather is going to do. Glare please, please, please, share pics when you can?

Same here. We also never know which plants survived and which ones died.

Will do! In fact, I should get some now...just to show how bad they can look, and still be able to recover (if they do).

This is the one that I wonder about the most. Lots of fissures in which moisture could collect, and moss growing on it. That really doesn't seem like a good thing...even for this amateur.

Here's the other one. It looks like it's doing something productive now. Smiling
