The the border location seems right for H diptera (Two wing silver bells) which is a more Southern species zones 6 to 9. The link below gives a good list of differences between H diptera and H carolina (zones 4 to 8) for comparison.

Barring a ruler you can always put your finger up to a leaf to gain size perspective in a photo. When you get home you can measure your finger & figure out the leaf size.
