(Clematis) A true garden beauty, 'Ville de Lyon' is a vigorous free-flowering Clematis cultivar that will certainly attract attention to your landscape. The velvety, cherry-red 7" flowers are made up of perfectly formed, overlapping petals with deep pink central bars. Nicely contrasting yellow anthers complete the look. Standing 10-12 foot tall, 'Ville de Lyon' is an excellent choice for growing up and over arbors. An excellent rebloomer from June through September.

I just want to say hi. I am new to this forum.

I agree There is something really special about Ville de Lyone. I dont' have it yet, but I should. The leaf looks golden green in the photos. Are the leaves really golden green on the plant?

Welcome, Jasmin.

They aren't golden green here but Ville de Lyon's blooms are a beautiful, rich color.
