cactuscollection.com labels are frustrating that way. Several of the plants I've gotten from them have proven to be quite hardy, outside for 2 winters now. 3 of those are Sedums.
If they have no way of testing, it's understandable that they would just advise to keep above freezing for everything. Info about succulent hardiness is spotty at best, from any sources. I gave up looking & decided it would just be easier to experiment with cuttings & find out for myself. Looks like you have enough to do the same.
It looks to me more like the plant pictured for that species (at cactuscollection.com) than S. album or rupestre.
