I did a "Critter" thing one day and stopped to ask a woman what that lovely plant was in her flower bed. She gave me some but I can't remember what she called it. Here's a picture of the flower and one of the whole plant. My dog is just to give you an idea of how big the plant is. She's a Chocolate Lab, so it's a pretty decent sized plant.

That's what she called it! False Indigo. Thanks for jarring my memory! I've had it for a few years and could not remember the name! It's pretty, but I wish the blooms lasted longer.
