Zebra plant is just the common name for haws with white bands.
It's almost certainly not subfasiata,
They have shorter more triangle shaped leaves, and much less white markings than your plant.
Fasciata alone is quite rare, subfasciata is even harder to come by, they're simply less attractive than many of the newer plants that are becoming more available all the time.
Yours also has the white markings inside the leaf and has a lot of white bands, more than normal, I'm sure it's a special select clone or cultivar, I can't keep up with them all, the world of haws is exploding!
I think the best place for that plant in the database is just the general page.
Those little babies on the bloom stem can indeed root and grow, but they're so tiny... I've not had good luck, the leaves root with ease!
It takes several years to get good sized plants from either method but it's a great way to increase your collection!
Of course you can just separate all those pups to make more too.
It's hard to have too many haws!
