What are you soaking them in, and what is on the plate. Looks like you are still planting them very deep.

I doubt if I would put my plants in all that stuff, and I sure would never plant them that deep, I go for the Caudex, and they still get lots of flowers.

I am very interesting in repotting the seedlings. How old are they? And how are they responding?
I have about 2 dozen seedlings from 2 weeks to 6 weeks old. And I have more seeds on order.
I have had mixed results. Two batches never germinated and the other two batches, I have about 75%success.
Adenium said are my new obsession.

I for one would put them in separate pots, they need their space.

Yesterday I cut back three more that were just too tall and skinny, they too are looking much better, I will post pictures later today.

jericson22, I noticed you have a variegated seedling in the first pic in this last photo series. Is that the same variegated seedling you show in the last pic of your first photo series in this thread?

jericson22, rather than hijack your thread, I started a new one titled "Variegated Adeniums".

I've been wanting to start that thread for a while, anyway.

Looking good. But are the seedlings now kept above the soil line?! Or did you fill with soil?
What is the liquid you are soaking them in?
I have a 2 year okd seedling that is not thriving. It is as big as your 76 day olds! It just sits in the pot and fights of the spider mites. Any hints for me?
