It does look similar but, not as ruffled on the edges. The NOID also has a more pronounced raised cream to white rib...

Willow looks close but mine is about 44" with a 4.5" bloom. Willow is larger and shorter.
My white one is a huge bloom which would count out those. Smiling

More NOIDS.
I think it's darker than Barabra Mitchell.

Is this Calfornia Blues? It is registered at 2.5 but mine is a little over 4". And it's kind of different colors.

My Barbara Mitchel had quite a lot of color some days. The blooms are darker too in the mornings. It has a green throat also. I would be surprised if yours is not that.

I have Elegant Candy and it does not have the little pointy pattern in the eye like yours.

Daylily (Hemerocallis 'California Blues') These two pics look significantly different. It is registered at almost 3 inches. Where did you obtain it?

Frilly,
I got California Blues from Brent Ross of Cottage Gardens.
He has thousands of daylilies and I have bought frm him multiple times.
All have been true to name and great, I'm just not sure about CA blues.

One of the pics in the db does look like yours, and has the pointy pattern on the eye. I think those type of dl can sometimes look really different depending on the time of day, maturity of plant, soil ect. I think you probably have the correct plant. If you still have contact with Brent Ross, you may call him up and see what he thinks. I would ask if his flower size is 4 inches, that seems to be the most significant difference for yours. I take those measurements with a grain of salt because they are not always right.

Another one, which I had at one time, comes to mind. Pastures of Pleasure. Check that one out in the database.
