Are my miniature roses done for?
I bring it inside during the winter, had a nice bloom. Brought it outside in may and it turned a dark color and the edge of the leaves are red.

That just looks like healthy new growth to me.

Same here !
Some roses have red new growth that eventually turns green. Your rose looks perfectly fine to me.
