All I can recommend is plant it in a sunny location. If it already is, maybe fertilize and water it a little more.

How old is your plant, how long has it been in the present location?

I bought it just over a year ago and it was in bloom then. I separated it and planted it in two locations - one that gets full sunlight and the other is partially shaded, but neither one has bloomed since.
