A fairly common variety, so there must be an entry. There's an entry for the 'Decker' variety: Prague Viburnum (Viburnum 'Decker') but I don't know that the ones I grow have any kind of cultivar name.

Viburnum x pragense is not an accepted species name. It's a man-made hybrid of V. utile and V. rhytidophyllum and does not occur in the wild.
