@Dave or @Calif_Sue

*Blush* Forgive me but I can't remember how to do this. I need to return 4 Acorn 's that were given to me for photos I uploaded to Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Pardon Me') I had no idea of the name of this particular DL but awhile back someone here on ATP identified it as 'Pardon Me' so that's where I put the photos. Another member has now pointed out the differences (shape and color of bloom and length of buds) and since I'm not real sure who she is I've proposed to have my photos moved to the general area for DL's. I need to return the acorns that were given to me for these photos because I have a few other pictures at the general entry that I've already earned acorns for. Green Grin!

Thanks!
Lin

Duh ... I just figured it out and sent the acorns back to Dave. Gee ... I'm getting so old, I seem to have brain freezes more and more lately. Rolling on the floor laughing

Maybe for being so honest, you should just keep them. I would guess that most members on ATP would agree with me. Smiling Smiling

*Blush* Karen, I can't do that and I had enough in my Acorn stash to return those 4. Smiling

But you should have kept them, the images weren't deleted from the database, they were transferred over to the generic daylily entry. Acorns are awarded to anyone added to that entry too.
And it was only 3 acorns anyway as two of the images were in the 'Closeup of buds, sepals and receptacles' category so you only got one acorn for the first image added in that category.

I thought the system deleted your acorn if the photo was deleted?

No, the system never takes away acorns from you. Once you get them they are yours to do with as you please.

Sue, I had already earned acorns for other photo's I'd uploaded at the general DL database entry and I rec'd a bunch of extra acorns in the recent ATP Anniversary contest so I had enough in my stash to return 4. Green Grin!
